摘要
近几年来,随着黑蒜功能的临床实验研究结果被不断证实,黑蒜食品逐渐受到众多消费者的青睐。在黑蒜加工生产过程中,稳定的温控系统对提高黑蒜口味及口感至关重要。但是在生产过程中会产生辛辣刺鼻的气味,无法进入生产车间,因此,远程监测控制系统在黑蒜生产中十分必要。
In the last few years, black garlic is gradually accepted by numerous customers, owing to clinical trials on patients and scientific proof. Temperature control is critical during black garlic manufacturing process. Steady remote temperature control guarantees the quality of the black garlic, such as the taste and smell. Another reason for the remote control is the gas developed during the manufacturing halts personnel to enter the workshop.
