摘要
近年来,随着经济的快速发展及城镇化进程加快,促进交通需求特别是机动化出行的快速增长,使得城市交通供需矛盾日益严重,环境污染日益恶化,公交优先发展再度成为社会关注的焦点。在探讨了公交优先发展的内涵和本质的基础上,从立法、政策、规划先、财政、路权和服务等6个方面,对近年来广州市公交优先发展采取的措施、取得的成效以及存在的不足进行深入分析,最后提出公交优先发展需要顶层设计作为保障等相关建议。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development and urbanization accelerate, which promote the rapid growth in traffic demand especially motorized travel, and the conflict of traffic Demand and Supply become severely, and environmental pollution become tribally. Prioritizing public transportation has been become the focus of attention in society. Meaning and essence of the prioritizing public transportation were analyzed. Some measures, achieve results and shortcomings of the prioritizing public transportation of Guangzhou in recent years were analyzed deeply from legislation, policy~ planning, finance, rights of way and service. Finally, some suggestions were proposed, including top-level design as a guarantee.
