含水泥岩蠕变损伤特性试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用流变损伤力学理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法研究泥岩的力学特性,通过建立煤矿采动过程中泥岩蠕变损伤演化方程,根据泥岩的蠕变损伤试验分析不同含水量的泥岩的蠕变变化规律及影响因素。结果表明,泥岩的蠕变过程是硬化与软化相互作用的过程,在外力扰动作用下会发生能量耗散现象,削弱了泥岩的承载能力;在保持围压不变的条件下,随着含水量的增加,泥岩内部的黏土矿物吸水后强度和黏聚力迅速降低,表现出强烈的流变特性,其蠕变挤压应力和蠕变应变也随之增加;随着加载时间的增加,不同浸泡时间的泥岩峰值蠕变挤压应力和峰值蠕变应变有趋向一致的趋势;在相同含水量的条件下,随着围压的增加泥岩的蠕变应变挤压应力也呈现出递增的趋势。 The methods of theoretical analysis and experimental research were taken to analyze the mechanical properties of mudstone,through the establishment of creep damage evolution equation of mudstone during the coal mining process,the creep variation and influencing factors of mudstone have been gotten from the creep damage experiment.The results showed that the process of mudstone creep is the process of interaction between hardening and softening of mudstone,energy dissipation phenomenon of mudstone structure happened with external perturbations weakened the carrying capacity of mudstone,the strength and cohesion of water mudstone was lower quickly due to internal clay minerals absorbent water showing strong rheological properties,under the condition of keeping confining pressure constant,compressive stress creep and creep strain increases with water content increasing.Peak value of creep extrusion stress and creep strain of mudstone with different soaking time tends consistent trend due to the loading time increases.Under the same conditions of moisture,the compressive stress creep strain of mudstone also shows increasing trend with the confining pressure increases.
