摘要
循环流水生产工艺是一种较为先进的T型梁预制技术,制梁场建设是T型梁预制的基础工作。结合T型制梁场设计经验,对循环流水生产铁路T型梁预制工艺、关键参数确定、规划与平面布局、土建结构物设计等T型梁预制场工艺设计技术予以介绍,以实现预制场建场技术先进、经济合理、安全适用目标。
Line Tw o of the Qingdao Metro has to under-cross the tunnel section of Line Three of the Metro under construction,with the closest distance between the secondary linings of them only about 0. 8 m. In the construction process?technical measures? such as the shell-expanding reinforcing anchoring bolts and slip-casting to stop water, are adopted for Line Three of theM etro,and construction techniques like the advanced tube-shed slip-casting,shock-reducing and the micro-blasting are adoptedfor the tunneling of Line Two of the metro. T he under-crossing construction is successfully performed. Monitoring work showsthat no crack and no water leakage are observed in the tunnel, and both the settlement and the vibration speed are also found upto the requirement,which proves that the measures adopted are effective.
