摘要
采用物理模拟的方法对某厂七流中间包进行了结构优化。研究结果表明,无控流装置中间包各流流动特性一致性很差,原型控流装置起到了一定的导流作用,但1流、2流与3流、4流差异较大,死区比例为22.68%;优化后的控流装置可减小各流之间的差异,延长平均停留时间到520.2s,减小死区比例至16.75%,有利于生产顺行和铸坯质量的提高。
Optimization of flow control devices in seven-strand tundish was investigated by physical simulation. The results show that the consistency of the flow characteristics for the strands in the tundish without flow control de- vices is bad. Original flow control devices play a certain role in flow guiding, but there are difference between strands 1 and 2 and strands 3 and 4, with dead zone of 22.68~ in average. Distribution of molten steel among the strands tends to uniform in the tundish with the optimized flow control devices, and the mean residence time can in- crease to 520.2s and dead zone decrease to 16.75%, which can be conducive to the smooth production and the im- provement of slab quality.
