摘要
目的探讨改良封闭负压引流在难愈合性创面临床治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月‐2015年4月该院接诊的59例骨科难治性创面损伤患者,给予患者改良封闭负压引流临床治疗,设为观察组。回顾性分析2013年5月‐2014年4月该院接诊的59例难治性创面损伤患者的临床资料,给予患者常规引流术治疗,设为对照组。结果在接受不同治疗情况下,两组难治性创面损伤患者的临床治疗总有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的换药次数、住院时间、创面愈合时间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在难治性创面损伤患者的临床治疗过程中,改良封闭负压引流术疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的痛苦。
[Objective]To investigate the application value of modified vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of wound healing.[Methods]Patients with refractory wound injury admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2015 were treated with modified vacuum-assisted closure and served as the observation group.The clinical data of 59 patients with refractory wound injury admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,who were given routine drainage treatment and served as the control group.[Results]The total efficiency of two groups treated with different methods was compared,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The differences in the frequency of dressing change,length of hospital stay and wound healing time between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]In clinical treatment procedures of patients with refractory wound,the curative effect of negative pressure drainage is significant,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients.
