摘要
"科教融合"是引领高等教育人才培养模式变革的理念,它要求高校教师坚守科研的育人性与教学的研究性,实现教学与科研的结合、教学内容的更新、教学方法的变革,以及人才培养目标的重新定位。以上述认识为基础编制调查问卷,并对542份不同类型高校教师问卷进行分析发现:高校教师对科教融合的理念认同度高,但实践动力不足;性别、学历、学科、院校类型、职称、教龄及有无行政兼职对科教融合的理念认同与实践行动影响程度不同;高校教师对科教融合理念的认同与实践程度表现出明显的利益相关取向。创新高校教师管理文化,因循不同高校教师的利益诉求,建立教学与科研相互融通的政策引导机制,是科教融合的理念认同转化为实践行动的出路。
The integration of research and teaching is an idea leading the innovation of talent training mode in higher education. In this idea, faculties are required to adhere to the educational value of research and the research property of teaching, and keep on integrating research and teaching, updating the teaching content, reforming the teaching methods and adjusting the talent training goals. The authors designed a questionnaire based on this idea and analyzed 542 faculties' data. The results suggest that the faculty's acceptance on integrating research and teaching is high, but their action is insufficient. These factors, including gender, education background, disciplines, types of institution, job titles, teaching experience and part-time administrators have different influence on faculty's acceptance and action. The faculty's judgment on the integration of research and teaching shows an obvious stakeholder orientation. The conclusion is that innovating faculty management culture and creating new policy leading mechanism in integrating research and teaching according to different faculties' interests are solutions to transforming acceptance as an actual action. Some suggestions are provided in the end.
