摘要
人才培养规格是人才培养目标的具体化,体现了人才培养的标准。作为"三大"工程教育国际互认协议之一,《悉尼协议》及其毕业生素质规定为面向工程技术员的工程教育提供了标准。反观我国高职工程教育人才培养规格现状,不仅内容缺乏统一标准,科学性和合理性难以保证,其在人才培养过程中的主导地位和工具性价值也变得模糊。迫切需要建立国家层面的统一标准,加强工程伦理和文化要求,贯彻以人为本的教育理念。
Talents training specifications are the embodiment of the goal of talents cultivation, which reflects the standard of talents cultivation. As one of the three major International Engineering accord, Sydney Accord and its Graduate Attributes Regulation provide an academic standard for engineering technologists. In contrast, engineering graduate specifications of higher vocational education in China are not only lack of a unified standard, but their scientific nature and rationality are difficult to guarantee, and the dominant position and instrumental value in program have become blurred. It is in urgent need to establish a standard of national level, strengthen the engineering ethics and cultural requirements, and implement the people-oriented education concept.
