摘要
目的观察大株红景天注射液治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月～2016年2月我院收治的心绞痛患者120例,将其随机分为治疗组（n=60）和对照组（n=60）,对照组予拜阿司匹林、营养心肌、他汀类、钙拮抗剂等药物常规治疗,在常规治疗基础上治疗组加大株红景天注射液10 m L/L.qd,加入250 m L的5%葡萄糖注射液中,疗程10 d,观察临床症状、心电图变化、不良反应及评定临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组临床疗效总有效率明显增高（90.0%vs 63.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,治疗组心电图改善总有效率明显增高（80.0%vs 56.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论大株红景天注射液对心绞痛具有良好的疗效,是治疗心绞痛的一种有效药物。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sofren injection in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods120 patients with angina pectoris were selected from January 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital,they were randomly divided into control group（n=60） and treatment group（n=60）,the control group was given aspirin, statins, nutrition cardiac, calcium antagonists and other conventional medications. Sofren injection 10 m L/L qd added into 5% glucose solution 250 m L for 10 days was given in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy. The clinical symptoms, the electrocardiogram changes and adverse reaction were observed and clinical efficacy was determined. Results As compared with control group,the total efficiency of clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（90.0% vs 63.3%）,there was statistical difference of between patients with treatment group and controls（P〈0.05）. The total efficiency of ECG changes in treatment group was better than that in control group（80.0%vs 56.7%）,there was statistical difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sofren injection is a effective drug for treatment of angina pectoris,which has significantly efficacy on angina pectoris.
