摘要
目的:网点增大对印刷品色彩影响较大,控制网点增大误差也就是控制印刷品质量的重要内容.方法:推导求出网点增大后所对应的色差公式,然后通过EXCEL计算网点增大前后的色度值与色差.结果:阶调越低,网点增大所产生的色差越大.结论:如果按网点增大色差不超过4为标准,那么对应的50%网点增大误差应控制在5%以内.
Dot gain has a greater impact on the color of the printing products. To control dot gain error is important in controlling the quality of printing products. The color difference formula is derived, and the color value and color value of the dot gain is increased by EXCEL. The lower the order, the larger the col- or difference generated by the dot gain. It is concluded that, if the dot gain is no more than 4 of the stand- ard, the corresponding 50% dot gain error should be controlled within 5%.
