摘要
如今,能源问题已经成为社会的重点问题。建筑节能作为社会节能的重要组成部分,对我国生态文明建设有重要作用。同时,"互联网+"概念的出现为传统产业进行转型提供了契机。建筑节能产业如何在互联网时代进行转型,将直接影响产业未来的发展和整个社会环境的改善。建筑节能产业在互联网时代的商业模式,应当在保留原有产业结构的同时,合理利用互联网优势,对产业的价值主张、盈利模式、资源配置和服务流程进行改进,突出互联网在资源整合方面的特点。在新的商业模式下,基于"互联网+"的建筑节能云平台将拥有广阔前景,平台应提供能效监测、网上交易、运营管理等一体化节能改造管理服务,为未来的建筑节能产业发展注入新的动力。
Energy is now becoming a vital social problem. As an important part of social energy-saving, saving energy in buildings has essential impacts on the environment development of China. Meanwhile, the concept of ＂Internet Plus＂ now brings possibility for traditional industries to transit. Whether the energy-saving industry can transit successfully will influence the potential and the whole society＇s environment directly. The industry＇s business model should maintain original structure of the industry while improving the industry＇s value proposition, profit formula, key resources and key processes by using advantages of lnternet in integrating resources. Under new business model, cloud platform of buildings＂ energy-saving based on Internet Plus will have considerable potentials. The cloud platform should provide integrated energy-saving and manag- ing services including energy consumption monitoring, online transaction and operation management. This platform will give new power to the industry＇s development.
