摘要
为提高牲畜粪便厌氧发酵产沼气速率和综合利用率,文章以猪粪和牛粪及其混合物作为发酵原料,在常温条件下(25℃~35℃)进行厌氧发酵产沼气试验。结果表明:猪粪、牛粪及其混合物在发酵65 d内的累积产气量为15.42 m^3,5.33 m^3和11.30 m^3,单位TS产气率为0.33 m^3·kgd^(-1)TS,0.19 m^3·kgd^(-1)TS和0.30 m^3·kgd^(-1)TS,池容日平均产气率为0.16 m^3·m^(-3)d^(-1),0.055 m^3·m^(-3)d^(-1)和0.12 m^3·m^(-3)d^(-1)。猪粪甲烷含量在发酵开始9 d时稳定到50.0%以上,牛粪在发酵开始3 d时即达到57.5%,此后一直在50.0%以上,其混合组在发酵开始4 d时即达到59.7,此后一直在55.0%以上。不同牲畜粪便混合发酵能克服其单独发酵性能的不足之处,也是提高牲畜粪便产沼气速率和综合利用率的有效途径。
Anaerobic fermentation test was done with pig dung,cow dung and their mixtures as raw material at ambient temperature of 25℃ 35℃,and the daily biogas yield,cumulative biogas yield,methane yield,change of methane content,and biogas production rate based on TS were investigated. The results showed that,after 65 days of anaerobic fermentation,the cumulative biogas production of 150 kg of pig dung,cow dung and their mixtures were 15. 42 m3,5. 33 m3 and 11. 30m3 respectively,the biogas production rates based on TS were 0. 33 m3·kg- 1,0. 19 m3·kg- 1,and 0. 30 m3·kg- 1,and daily average biogas production rate were 0. 16 m3·m(-3)d(-1),0. 055 m3·m(-3)d(-1)and 0. 12 m3·m(-3)d(-1),respectively.The methane content of biogas from the pig dung was above 50% after 9 days fermentation,that from cow dung reached 57.5% after 3 days fermentation,and maintained above 50% till the end of the experiment,and that from mixture dung reached 59. 7% after 4 days fermentation,and maintained above 55% till the end of the experiment. These results indicated that mixed fermentation of livestock dungs could overcome the disadvantages of the sole material,improving the biogas production rate and comprehensive utilization.
