摘要
对宣钢4号高炉(1800 m3)稳定控制技术创新应用进行了总结。通过采取合理的下部送风制度,量化风速、动能,保证合理炉腹煤气量和一定大小回旋区实现高炉稳定顺行;根据下部送风制度,选择合理布料参数,按照"制衡"的原则,采取疏导和压制措施使煤气流分布均衡;结合炉缸工作状态,精确控制钛负荷、调整炉底冷却强度;单场出铁,控制与炉缸工作相适应的铁水流速,保证高炉炉缸活跃,实现了4号高炉的稳定控制。
The paper summarizes the innovation application in the stability control technology on Xuan Steel' s No. 4BF. A series of effective technical measures are taken,such as using reasonable lower blast system,quantificative wind velocity and blast kinetic energy,guarantee reasonable gas flowrate in bosh and raceway size that keep blast furnace stably and smoothly,selecting reasonable charging parameters,adopting relieving and pressing according to "checks and balances"principles that stabilize gas flow distribution,controlling Ti burden accurately and adjusting bottom cooling intensity on integration of hearth working condition,controlling hot metal flow velocity that adapt hearth working under one cast house,in order to assure hearth active and stability control in No. 4 BF.
