摘要
对高校图书馆在面向社会开放服务过程中存在的行政管理问题、制度建设问题、利益冲突问题、范围控制问题、法律问题等进行了研究。指出高校图书馆应树立社会化服务理念,塑造全新的公共服务精神,结合自身条件和特点,因地制宜逐步开展社会化服务工作。
There are some problems in the process of the university library service to public, such as administrative issues, institutional building, conflict of interest, the scope of control problems, legal problems, which are studied. The author points out that university libraries should establish the concept of social services, create a new spirit of public service, and with its own conditions and characteristics, gradually carry out social service work.
