摘要
目的:系统评价我国运动干预对女大学生抑郁水平的影响,为缓解女大学生抑郁水平提供合理的运动方案。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库CNKI、万方数据库,搜素所有有关女大学生抑郁水平的文献,由2位研究人员按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料和评价文献质量,再利用Rev Man软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇文献12个实验,其中抑郁女大学生425人。Meta分析结果显示:运动干预可以降低女大学生抑郁水平,但异质性明显df=11(p<0.0001),I2=71%。进一步亚组分析结果可知,中等强度干预明显改善女大学生抑郁水平;小强度干预也能缓解女大学生抑郁水平。结论:运动干预可以改善女大学生抑郁水平,中等强度干预效果好于小强度,由于异质性较高,进一步的结论需要高质量的研究进行验证。
Objective: A systematic evaluation of the exercise intervention effect depression levels of China and to provided a reasonable movement scheme to remit the depressible corona. Method: Through the computer retrieval China journal viii text database CNKI. Ten thousand database: Search for all literature to the depressive corona. In accordance with the include and exclude standards to complete screening of literature independently by two researchers. Afterwards,to extract the data evaluate the quality of the literature and use the software of Review Manager an for Meta-analysis. Consequence: A total into eight literature 12 experiments Among this have 425 depressive corona. The of meta analysis brings out that exercise intervention can reduce the depression level of coding. But the heterogeneity is apparent df = 11( p 0. 0001),I2= 71%. Further subgroup analysis results show that moderate intensity can improve the depression level of coding. Low intensity intervention also can remit the depression level of coding. Conclusion: Exercises intervention can remit the depression level of coding.Moderate intensity of low intensity intervention effect is good. Because of the high heterogeneity. In order to get further conclusion needs high quality research for validation.
