摘要
目的了解不同时期淄博市城区儿童肺功能的变化情况。方法基于1992年历史资料,选择区域相近的污染区和对照区,于2013年10月开展儿童肺功能检查,对比分析不同时期儿童肺功能指标的变化情况。结果同时期儿童肺功能指标(VC、FVC、FEV1、MMEF、PEF、FEF75%、FEF50%、FEF25%)比较,1992年对照区为(2.06±0.29)L、(1.98±0.35)L、(1.79±0.28)L、(2.02±0.41)L/s、(3.43±0.81)L/s、(3.06±0.62)L/s、(1.92±0.47)L/s、(0.94±0.28)L/s,分别高于污染区(1.75±0.24)L、(1.73±0.22)L、(1.57±0.25)L、(1.75±0.35)L/s、(2.91±0.58)L/s、(2.56±0.55)L/s、(1.68±0.47)L/s和(0.85±0.22)L/s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2013年对照区为(2.23±0.46)L、(2.16±0.46)L、(2.11±0.39)L、(2.55±0.73)L/s、(4.30±0.90)L/s、(3.98±0.87)L/s、(2.85±0.81)L/s、(1.53±0.56)L/s,污染区为(2.31±0.51)L、(2.28±0.51)L、(2.07±0.1)L、(2.48±0.61)L/s、(4.10±0.97)L/s、(3.84±0.86)L/s、(2.82±0.68)L/s、(1.45±0.45)L/s,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同时期比较,2013年污染区儿童肺功能指标均高于1992年污染区(P<0.05),2013年对照区(FEV1、MMEF、PEF、FEF75%、FEF50%、FEF25%)均高于1992年对照区(P<0.05);年龄趋势分析表明,1992年和2013年污染区、对照区儿童FEV1均有随着年龄增加而升高的趋势,1992年对照区各年龄组FEV1明显高于污染区。结论淄博市城区2013年儿童肺功能各指标相比1992年有明显改善。
Objective To understand the changes of pulmonary ventilation function among urban children in Zibo city in different periods. Methods Based on historical data in 1992,the pulmonary ventilation function tests among children in2013 were conducted with the similar contaminated and control plot in 1992,to compare the changes in different periods. Results Contemporary comparison on pulmonary ventilation function(VC,FVC,FEV1,MMEF,PEF,FEF75%,FEF50%,FEF25%)among children in 1992,parameters in control plot(2.06±0.29)L,(1.98±0.35)L,(1.79±0.28)L,(2.02±0.41)L/s,(3.43±0.81)L/s,(3.06±0.62)L/s,(1.92±0.47)L/s,(0.94±0.28)L/s,were higher than those in contaminated plot(1.75±0.24)L,(1.73±0.22)L,(1.57±0.25)L,(1.75±0.35)L/s,(2.91±0.58)L/s,(2.56±0.55)L/s,(1.68±0.47)L/s和(0.85±0.22)L/s,respectively(P 〈0.05).And in 2013,there were no significant differences in pulmonary ventilation functions among children in contaminated and control plot(P 〉 0.05),which were(2.23±0.46)L,2.16±0.46)L,(2.11±0.39)L,(2.55±0.73)L/s,(4.30±0.90)L/s,(3.98±0.87)L/s,(2.85±0.81)L/s,(1.53±0.56)L/s in control plot with(2.31±0.51)L,(2.28±0.51)L,(2.07±0.1)L,(2.48±0.61)L/s,(4.10±0.97)L/s,(3.84±0.86)L/s,(2.82±0.68)L/s,(1.45±0.45)L/s in contaminated plot,respectively. Conclusion of different periods showed that the pulmonary ventilation function among children in contaminated plot in 2013 were higher than those in 1992(P 〈0.05).Meanwhile,the values of FEV1,MMEF,PEF,FEF75%,FEF50%,and FEF25% in control plot in 2013 were higher than those in 1992(P 〈0.05).As for the age trend of FEV1,there were increasing tendencies with age in both 1992 and 2013.The FEV1 of each age group in control plot in 1992 was significantly higher than those in contaminate plot(P 〈0.05).Conclusion Compared with 1992,the pulmonary ventilation functions among urban children have significantly improved in Zibo city in 2013.
