摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸托莫西汀的有关物质。采用Elclipse XDB-C8(3.5μm,4.6×150mm)色谱柱,以正丙醇:缓冲液(2.9 g/L磷酸用1000 m L水溶解,用5 mol/L KOH调p H值至2.5,再加入5.9 g辛烷磺酸钠)-(27∶73)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm。结果:有关物质与托莫西汀分离良好,检测限为0.106μg/m L(S/N≈3),且方法耐用性好。结论:该方法操作简便、专属性强、耐用性好,可用于盐酸托莫西汀的质量控制。
Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of related substances of atomoxetine hydrochloride.The column:Elclipse XDB-C8(4.6 mm × 150 mm,3.5μm),the mobile phase:n-Propanol and Buffer(2.9 g/L of phosphoric acid in water.Adjust with 5 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution to a p H of 2.5.To 1 L of this solution add 5.9 g of octanesulfonic acid sodium salt monohydrate)-(27 ∶ 73),detector:UV 215 nm.Results:the resolution is very well between impurities and atomoxetine,the reproducibility and the mothod was good.Conclusion The method for the determination of atomoxetine hydrochloride by HPLC is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of atomoxetine hydrochloride.
