摘要
3-氨基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺与氯乙酸甲酯可发生反应,其反应后合成的产物又可以与其它物质反应合成新型分散染料,它可与多种化合物经重氮化-偶合反应合成具有高水洗牢度和高日晒牢度的高档分散染料。探讨新型分散染料中间体的合成工艺,并将合成的中间体用高效液相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等进行表征。
3 amino 4 methoxy acetyl aniline and chloroacetic acid methyl can react,after the reaction product synthesis and and other reactive substances synthetic model of disperse dyes.It can and a variety of compounds by diazotization,coupling reaction synthesis with high washing fastness and high insolation prison degree of high grade disperse dyes.The synthesis process of the new intermediate of disperse dyes was studied,and the synthesis of the intermediate was characterized by high performance liquid chromatography,infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
