液泛是填料式吸收塔常见的问题,吸收塔汽液相负荷过大,系统发泡和塔内件堵塞而引起液泛的现象最常见。重点论述造成环氧乙烷吸收塔发泡和塔内件堵塞的原因及影响因素,并根据实际生产情况提出避免吸收塔液泛的建议。
Flooding is a mainly issue in absorber operation.liquid load and fluid load higher,absorber foamingand internals jamming are the mainly reason of flooding.Mainly discussed the reason of foaming and packing jamming,and give the suggestion to avoid flooding.
