摘要
为了找到一种有效评价抑烟改性沥青抑烟效果的方法,结合紫外分光光度法、浊度法和激光粒度分布法,在SBS改性沥青中分别添加三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、C_9石油树脂和膨胀石墨等4种具有抑烟效果的材料,对抑烟改性沥青的抑烟效果进行对比分析。试验结果表明:空气中沥青烟(某一成分)浓度、空气中沥青烟(颗粒物)浓度和沥青烟细微颗粒PM2.5累计百分含量可作为评价抑烟改性沥青抑烟效果的评价指标,提出沥青烟细微颗粒PM1.0累计百分含量也可作为评价抑烟改性沥青抑烟效果的评价指标,4种抑烟剂抑烟效果排序为:0.25%膨胀石墨,0.5%C_9石油树脂,3%三聚氰胺,4%季戊四醇。
In order to find an effective parameter to evaluate the smoke suppression efficiency of modified asphalt. Melamine, pentaerythritol, C9 petroleum resin or expanded graphite Were added into SBS modified asphalt, and the smoke suppression efficiency was compared by the combination of UV spectrophotometry, turbidity and laser particle size distribution method. The results show that the asphalt smoke (one component) concentration, asphalt smoke (particulate matter) concentration in the air and accumulative asphalt smoke PM2. 5 percentage can all be used as the evaluation index for the smoke suppression efficiency in the modified asphalt. And the accumulative asphalt smoke PM1.0 percentage can also be used as the index.
