摘要
二硫化钼(MoS2)有独特的电子学、电化学性质,在催化、传感、能量存储等方面具有较好的应用价值,负载型镍制备不同形貌纳米二硫化钼与石墨烯有类似结构,其材料可靠性较好,本文首先分析了纳米二硫化钼的化学结构和制备原理,采用负载型镍对不同形貌纳米二硫化钼制备流程优化,通过实验进行了性能分析,展示了该方法制备纳米MoS2的可靠性。
Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) has unique electronics, electrochemical properties, and it has good application value in catalysis, sensors, energy storage, the material is reliable, preparation process optimization of supported nickel molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles with different morphologies, are analyzed by experiments, showing the system reliability of nano MoS2 by this method.
