小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗儿童支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察小儿肺热咳喘颗粒治疗儿童支气管炎的疗效。方法 2014年2月至2015年2月南京鼓楼医院集团仪征医院儿科收治住院的急性支气管炎患儿120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗方案,观察组在西医常规治疗基础上给予小儿肺热咳喘颗粒口服,5d为1个疗程。观察两组患儿疾病总体疗效,发热、咳嗽起效和消失时间。结果观察组痊愈率为53.33%(32/60)和显效率为96.66%(58/60),均优于对照组33.33%(20/60),83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿发热、咳嗽起效和消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺热咳喘颗粒具有明显的解热、止咳作用,其治疗儿童支气管炎疗效可靠,值得在儿科推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the effects of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules for treating children with bronchitis.Methods A randomized controlled trial was conducted.Totally 120 cases of children with bronchitis from Yizheng Hospital,Drum Tower Hospital Group of Nanjing,from February 2014 to February2015,were studied.They were divided into two groups:the observation group(60cases)and the control group(60cases).The observation group was given Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules combined with routine treatment of western medicine,and the control group was only treated by routine treatment of western medicine,both for 5days as a course of treatment,then evaluat these two groups of children with regard to the general curative effect and the time for the treatment to be effective and for symptoms of fever and cough to disappear.Results The curative rate of observation group was 53.33%(32/60)and effective rate was 96.66%(58/60).The curative rate of control group was 33.33%(20/60)and effective rate was 83.33%(50/60),and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).The time for the treatment to be effective and for symptoms of fever and cough to disappear in the observation group was statistically shorter than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Xiaoer Feire Kechuan granules has good effect in relieving cough and fever,and it's reliable in the treatment of children with bronchitis.
