摘要
为研究带式输送机工作机理,应用离散单元法软件EDEM建立带式输送机仿真模型并完成对输送过程的模拟,观察颗粒在输送带上的流动情况及在流动过程中的受力和能耗变化。模拟结果表明,在输送的初始阶段,输送带受力随着承载颗粒的增加而增加,颗粒所受切向力及法向力波动较大,输送机能耗急剧增大;输送带载运的颗粒量达到稳定后输送带受力即趋于平稳,颗粒受力稳定,能耗缓慢增加至最大值后逐渐下降。
In order to study the working mechanism of a belt conveyor,discrete element method software EDEM is used to establish a belt conveyor simulation model, complete conveying process simulation and observe the flow and energy consumption of granules on the conveying belt, with the simulation result showing that at the initial stage of conveying,the stress of the conveying increases with the increase in the number of granules on the belt,with the granules gready affected by tangential and normal forces,with the conveyor consuming considerate energy;when the quantity of granules on the conveying belt gets stable,the stress on the conveyor belt tends to be stable,with granules under stable stress,energy consumption gradually increasing to the maximum,followed by gradual decline.
