摘要
针对聚丙烯腈膜亲水性不佳的问题,采用马来酸酐(MA)或甲基丙烯酸(MAA)与丙烯腈(AN)进行共聚,制备亲水性聚丙烯腈,研究其成膜性,探索不同单体、单体比例对共聚反应的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析仪、核磁共振波谱仪和扫描电镜等对改性后聚丙烯腈的结构及性能进行表征.结果表明:与MA相比,采用MAA对聚丙烯腈进行改性更加合适,MAA改性聚丙烯腈的最佳单体质量比为[AN]/[MAA]=85∶15,转化率高达93.49%,远远高于MA转化率;共聚物含有羧基基团,证明AN与MAA共聚反应成功进行.
For solving the poor hydrophilicity of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membrane, the copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) and maleic anhydride (MA) or methacrylic acid (MAA) was carried out to synthesize the hydrophilic PAN samples, and their film-forming properties were studied. Meanwhile, the effects of comonomer type and AN/comonomer molar ratio on the copolymerization were investigated. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H NMR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) tech-niques were used to characterize the structures and properties of the modified PAN samples. The results showed that MAA is more suitable to modify the PAN compared with MA, and the best monomer mass ratio of [AN] to [MAA] is 85 ∶ 15, the conversion of MAA comonomer reaches 93.49% and is much higher than that of MA comonomer. The copolymers contain carboxyl groups, which proved that the copolymerization of AN and MAA comonomer was successfully conducted.
