摘要
根据国内石化行业生产过程中在能效监测上的现状,建立了能效监测体系架构,并根据该体系架构提出了基于设备的能效监测方法.利用该方法对石化行业中换热器、机泵设备建立了能效计算模型,并给出了每种设备在能效参数上的求解方法,通过对能源消耗的实时监测明确了能源消耗的去向,实现了能源的精细化管理,为后续能效评估打下了基础.
Based on the situation of the process of energy efficiency monitoring in the domestic petrochemical industry,the energy efficiency monitoring system framework is constructed to design the energy efficiency monitoring method based on equipment. The method establishes energy efficiency calculation model for heat exchanger and pump equipment in petrochemical industry and proposes the solving method of each type of equipment in energy parameter,defines the destination of energy consumption by the real-time monitoring of energy flow consumption. The fine energy management is realized and the condition for the energy efficiency evaluation is provided.
