摘要
目前水稻全程机械化生产过程中,秧盘田间运输环节缺乏配套的轻简设备,需要耗费大量人力来完成。从该薄弱环节入手,经SolidWorks及CAXA等软件完成辅助设计,研制轻简水稻秧苗运输机样机。该秧苗运输机样机由单相交流电动机提供动力,机架、传送装置、调速开关、行程开关等组成。模拟试验结果:空载实际运行时间为19.7s,理论设计时间17.37s,表明样机基本达到设计要求,能满足生产需要,但在传动设计方面还有待改进。
The full mechanization of rice production process is lack of supporting tray field transport links of light and simple equipment.It need to spend a lot of manpower to complete.From the weak link,aided design was completed by the CAXA and SolidWorks software,simple light rice seedling transport prototype was developed.The seedling transport prototype powered by single-phase AC motor,is constructed of frame,transmission device,governor,travel switch.Simulation test results show:no load actual running time is 19.7s;the theoretical design time is 17.37 s,which shows that the prototype basically meets the design requirements and can meet the needs of production.
