Study on Safe Disposal Technology of Arsenic-containing Wastes Residue

摘要 以湖南省郴州市某矿区含砷废渣为研究对象,通过预处理技术比选,确定采用稳定化/固化的预处理技术,并通过试验确定砷渣固化的最佳工艺条件:砷渣∶水泥∶稳定剂=100∶20∶2,水灰比=1.5,达到固化成本低、固化效果好的目的。试验结果表明,固化后As的浸出浓度为3~4 mg/L,低于《危险废物鉴别标准——浸出毒性鉴别》(GB5085.3-2007)限值。 The arsenic-containing research object, through checking wastes residue of a mine in Chenzhou of Hunan province was employed as the pretreatment technology and comparing schemes, the stabilization/solidification pretreatment technology was put forward. The optimum process conditions are detemined as follow : the ratio of arsenic residue ,cement and stabilizer is 100: 20:2 ;water/cement ratio is 1.5. The goal of low cost and good curing effect is achieved by using an optimum cement/arsenic residue ratio and water/cement ratio. The SEM analysis results show that the leaching concentrations of As is 3 -4mg/L. The properties is far below the standards of GB5085.3 -2007.
