钢渣吸附处理苯酚的性能研究

摘要 以钢渣为原料,采用机械搅拌法处理苯酚废水。分析了钢渣粒径、钢渣添加量、转速、溶液pH、反应时间对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,当钢渣粒径为60-80目、钢渣添加质量与溶液体积比为4g:100mL、转速为250r/min、反应时间为100min、pH=2时,对质量浓度为10mg/L苯酚吸附效果最好。吸附过程符合二级动力学,线性相关系数为0.9215,既有离子交换又有表面吸附。 With steel slag as raw materials, phenol wastewater was treated by mechanical mixing method. The particle size of steel slag, adding amount, rotation speed, solution pH, reaction time were analyzed as the influence of testresults. The result showed that when the conditions are 60 meshes of particle size of steel slag, 250 r/min of rotation speed, 100 min of reaction time, 2 of solution pH, 4 g : 100 mL of the ratio of steel slag adding amotmt and solution, the effect of adsorption is best with 10 mg/L concentration of Phenol treated. Adsorption process conforms to the secondary dynamics. The linear coefficient is 0.9215 and there are both ion exchange and surface adsorption.
