摘要
以2-[4-三氟甲基-甲苯巯基]-苯甲酸为原料,经闭环反应、巴比耶反应、脱水重排后与羟基哌嗪缩合得到氟哌噻吨,最后与盐酸成盐得目标物氟哌噻吨盐酸盐。总收率44.3%。
Flupenthixol dihydrochloride was synthesized from 2-[4-Trifluormethyl-phenylmercapto]-benzoesaeure by ring-closure reaction, Barbier reaction, rearrangement, and then condensation with N-(2-hydroxyethyl) piperazine in refluxed in alcohol, which salt formation to give the target product with an overall yield of 44.3 %.
