水产品中氯霉素的ELISA、GC、HPLC-MS测定方法的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用酶联免疫法(ELISA法)、气相色谱法(GC法)、液相色谱质谱联用法(HPLC-MS法)对三种水产品文蛤、草鱼和对虾中的氯霉素进行比较检测,研究结果表明:3种方法的氯霉素浓度在一定范围内均呈线性关系,加标回收率和相对标准偏差均能满足相关国家标准对氯霉素残留的分析要求;灵敏度和重复性由低到高依次为ELISA法、GC法,HPLC-MS法;ELISA法容易产生假阳性,阳性结果需用GC法、HPLC-MS法等进行确证。 Comparative research of ELISA, GC, HPLC-MS determination methods of chloramphenicol in aquatic products as clam, grass carp and prawn were studied. Results showed, concentration of chloramphenicol had linear regression relationship within limits in all these three methods, adding standard recovery rate and relative standard deviation were reached the relevant national standards. Sensitivity and repeatability in order of increasing was ELISA, GC and HPLC-MS. But ELISA was found to be likely to produce false positive result, then validation might be needed by GC or HPLC-MS.
