摘要
印染加工作为纺织产业链中的关键环节,由于其资源消耗大及环境污染严重的特点,大大限制了印染行业的可持续发展。印染废水由于色度高、水质变化大、生化性差等特点,是当前工业废水处理的难点和焦点之一。文章针对印染废水的危害及现状,简要介绍了印染行业清洁生产状况,阐述了清洁生产在印染生产过程及清洁生产技术在废水处理过程中的重要性和可行性。并对印染行业典型清洁生产技术进行了介绍。
As the key link in the textile industry chain, printing and dyeing process has greatly restricted the sustainable development of printing and dyeing industry because of its large resource consumption and serious environmental pollution. Due to its high colority, high water quality changes and poor biochemical characters, the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater is one of the difficulties and focus of industrial wastewater treatment. The paper aimed at the harm and condition of the printing and dyeing wastewater, briefly introduced the situation of cleaner production in printing and dyeing industry and expounded the importance and feasibility of clean production technology in printing and dyeing production process and wastewater treatment process. At the same time, the cleaner production technologies in printing and dyeing are prospected.
