摘要
目的:研究L-色氨酸分子印迹聚合物的手性识别性能。方法:采用沉淀聚合法合成印迹聚合物,经洗脱后吸附已知浓度的L、D-色氨酸标准溶液,用茚三酮显色,用紫外法检测标准液被吸附前后的浓度变化,并计算出各自的吸附量。结果:模板聚合物对L-色氨酸的吸附量明显高于D-色氨酸。结论:聚合物具有良好的手性识别性能。
Objective: To study the chiral recognition ability of L-tryptophan molecularly imprinted polymer. Methods: The MIPs were prepared by precipitation polymerization, after elution treatment; use the polymer to adsorb tryptophan standard solution, display the color by ninbydrm, detect the absorbance of the standard solution and the adsorbed solution by ultraviolet method. Then calculate the adsorption capability of the MIPs. Results: The adsorption capacity of L-Tryptophan was significantly higher than D-Tryptophan. Conclusion: The MIPs exhibit good chiral recognition ability.
