活血化瘀法对高血压脑出血患者血清GFAP、S100β蛋白、血红素加氧酶1及非结合胆红素影响研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探究活血化瘀法对高血压脑出血患者血清GFAP、S100β蛋白、血红素加氧酶1及非结合胆红素影响。方法:收集我院高血压脑出血患者117例,按照就诊先后顺序分为对照组和治疗组,对照组58例实施吸氧、降颅内压、维持水电解质平衡以及抗生素等常规对症治疗,治疗组59例在此基础上应用活血化瘀法方案,即静脉点滴丹参注射液,治疗结束后对比分析两组患者临床疗效、血清GFAP、S100β蛋白、血红素加氧酶1及非结合胆红素水平。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,治疗组患者的总有效率较高(P<0.05),血清降钙素原水平较低(P<0.05),治疗组患者的不良反应发生率较低(P<0.05);血清GFAP水平较低(P<0.05),血清S100β蛋白水平较低(P<0.05);血红素加氧酶1水平较低(P<0.05);非结合胆红素水平较低(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法通过降低高血压脑出血患者血清GFAP、S100β蛋白、血红素加氧酶1及非结合胆红素水平,改善脑部微环境,抑制神经功能损伤,缓解脑损伤,预防疾病复发,临床疗效显著,适宜推广应用。 Objective:Aim to investigate the effect on the serum GFAP,S100 beta,heme oxygenase-1 and unconjugated bilirubin level by activating blood and removing blood stasis method in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods:117 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients from our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the experiment group by order of medical treatment. 58 cases in the control group were treated by oxygen,reducing intracranial pressure,maintenance of water and electrolyte balance and antibiotics and other conventional symptomatic treatment. 59 cases in the experiment group were treated on the basis of the control group with activating blood and removing stasis method. The serum GFAP,S100 beta,heme oxygenase-1 and unconjugated bilirubin level were tested and compared after treatment. Results:Compared with the control group after treatment,the total effective rate were higher(P〈0.05),the serum levels of calcitonin were lower(P〈0.05),the adverse reaction rate were lower(P〈0.05),the GFAP level were lower(P〈0.05),the serum S100 levels were lower(P〈0.05),the heme oxygenase-1 level were lower,(P〈0.05),the unconjugated bilirubin level were lower(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Actirating blood and removing stasis method in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by reducing serum GFAP,S100 beta protein,heme oxygenase-1 and unconjugated bilirubin level,improve the brain microenvironment,inhibit nerve function damage,relieve brain damage,prevent disease recurrence,clinical curative effect is significant,suitable for popularization and application.
