果皮脱蜡对库尔勒香梨采后生理活性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究脱蜡处理对香梨生理活性的影响,探讨蜡质在香梨采后的生物学作用。【方法】以库尔勒香梨为材料,采用常温加热结合法,用氯仿对香梨进行脱蜡处理,贮藏于-1.5℃、RH95%的条件下,定期取样测定果实可溶性固形物含量、失重率、VC含量、呼吸速率、细胞膜渗透率、丙二醛含量、乙烯释放速率变化以及未脱蜡果实蜡质含量的变化。【结果】与未脱蜡香梨相比,在整个贮藏过程中,脱蜡组失重率快速上升,均高于同期未脱蜡组,并且提前25 d出现呼吸高峰和乙烯高峰。【结论】香梨脱蜡后促进香梨的衰老,降低了其商品价值及缩短贮藏期。 【Objective】Korla fragrant pear was used to investigate the effect of dewaxing process on physiological activity and quality of fragrant pear in order to explore the biological role of wax on the postharvest of fragrant pear.【Method】Korla fragrant pear was used to research the change of fruit soluble solids content,weight- loss ration,VC content,respiration rate,cell membrane permeability,MDA content,ethylene release content by using room temperature and heating method,dewaxing treatment on pear with chloroform and epicuticular wax content without dewaxing treatment. Finally they were stored in the- 1. 5℃ and RH95% refrigerator.【Result】Compared the fragrant pear without lost wax,dewaxing treatment firmness was higher than that of the fragrant pear without lost wax during the storage time. Dewaxing treatment group firmness was higher than that of the fragrant pear without lost wax at the end of storage group. During the whole storage,dewaxing treatment group on the weight- loss ration increased rapidly. Respiratory peak 7.1 200 CO_2 mg /( kg·h) and ethylene peak 78.905 μL( kg·h) FW appeared 25 days earlier.【Conclusion】Dewaxing treatment accelerated senescence of Korla fragrant pear,reduced the value of the products and shorten the storage period.
