摘要
在冷态条件下,对一种新型多引射旋转预混多孔介质燃气灶进行了研究.介绍了该类燃气灶的工作原理及流程,讨论了燃气灶引射吸卷稳定性,详细分析了燃气流量与风门开度对引射空气吸卷量的影响.结果表明,燃气流量一定时,增大风门开度,燃气灶系统恢复至稳定所用的时间越短,燃气灶空气吸卷量会增大;风门开度一定时,增大燃气流量,燃气灶系统恢复至稳定所用的时间越长,燃气灶空气吸卷量也会增大.
Under cold conditions,a new multi-ejector rotation premixed gas stove porous media were studied.Based on how the gas stove works and processes,the gas stove ejector suction roll stability was discussed,and detailed analysis the influence of the gas flow and the throttle opening to the amount of air ejector priming volume.the results showed that:when keep the gas flow constant,increasing the throttle opening,gas stove system back to stability with shorter time,the gas stove will increase the amount of air suction volume;and also when keep the throttle opening constant,increasing the gas flow rate,the gas stove system back to stability with longer,the gas stove suction volume will also increase.
