摘要 堆积磨料是由细粒度磨料黏结起来的磨粒。相对于普通磨料,堆积磨料具有自锐性好、磨削效率高、切削力均衡等优点。文章介绍了使用滚粒法制备球形堆积磨料的过程,并对其性能进行了分析。 Agglomerated abrasive is a type of abrasive prepared through bonding of fine grain abrasive.Compared to the common abrasive,agglomerated abrasive has its advantages such as excellent self-sharpening,high grinding efficiency and balanced cutting force.The preparation process of spherical agglomerated abrasive by rolling method has been introduced in this article and the performance of the spherical agglomerated abrasive has been analyzed.
