摘要
研究了25%丙炔噁草酮水悬浮剂外标法高效液相色谱分析方法。在C18不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比80∶20),波长245nm条件下对丙炔噁草酮进行定量分析,结果表明,方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为1.47,变异系数为0.06%,平均回收率为99.75%。该方法操作简单,精密度和准确度高,适用于25%丙炔噁草酮水悬浮剂中有效成分含量的测定。
The analytical method for determination of oxadiargyl 25% SC was established. The method was developed with external standard method,5 μm C18 stainless steel column and UV detector by UV at wavelength of 245 nm,methanol and water(80∶20,by Vol)as the mobile phase. The linear correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9997,the standard deviation was 1.47,the coefficient of variation was 0.06%,and the average recovery was 99.75%. The method is simple with high precision and accuracy,and can be suitable for determination of the active ingredient of oxadiargyl 25% SC.
