摘要
综采设备的安装,是一项安全威胁大、劳动强度高的工程。施工工艺和施工设备虽然经过多年的改进和创新,但仍旧脱离不了绞车、滑轮、单体进行设备的安装,存在危险区域多、人工搬运频繁、职工的劳动强度高等问题。此次在顾北矿12126安装面使用了机械化快速安装设备,减少工人劳动强度,提高施工效率。
Installation of fully mechanized mining equipment is a project of high security threat and high labor intensity. Construction technology and construction equipment, although after many years of improvement and innovation, still can not be separated from the winch, pulley, the installation of equipment, there are many dangerous areas, manual handling frequent, high labor intensity of workers. This time, in the 12126 mounting surface of Gubei mine, we used a mechanical rapid installation equipment.
