摘要
根据小型食品生产企业物流配送的调查现状,结合层次分析法和多级模糊综合评价法,构建小型食品生产企业物流配送效率影响因素评价模型,同时利用收集到的数据验证模型的有效性。研究表明,人员情况、配送设施设备状态与流程控制对效率的影响最大。但是随着企业规模的扩大,配送模式、经营管理因素的重要性就会凸显。最后,从人员招聘培训、物流设备采用与更新、流程控制与管理等方面提出改进配送效率的建议。中小型企业已成为当前推动中国经济前进的主力军,但是小型企业的发展存在着产能与效率的双重问题,尤其是物流配送效率问题。
According to the survey of distribution logistics in small-scale food production enterprises in this paper, combining AHP-based multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method it constructed logistics and distribution efficiency factors evaluation model of small-scale food production enterprises and took good advantage of the data collected to verify the validity of the model. The research has shown that peo- ple, the state of distribution facilities and the process controlling exert a big impact on efficiency, but with the expansion of business scale, the distribution model, the importance of management factors will be high- lighted. Finally, it suggested small businesses should improve their logistic efficiency from recruiting and training personnel, adopting and updating advanced logistic equipment, and controlling and managing the process and so on. SMEs have become the main force to promote the Chinese economy forward. However, the presence of small enterprises also have development capacity and efficiency of the dual problem, espe- cially in logistics and distribution efficiency limit their expansion.
