摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是以关节滑膜炎及关节外病变为主要表现的一种慢性炎症性疾病,伴有软骨及骨质破坏,具有渐进及反复发作的特点。目前药物治疗是RA的主要治疗手段之一,临床用于治疗RA的药物众多,糖皮质激素即是主要治疗药物之一,但糖皮质激素用于治疗RA临床一直存在争议,争议主要集中在糖皮质激素带来的抗炎、抗免疫、镇痛效果与治疗过程中产生的一系列不良反应,即效益/风险比。
Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a chronic inflammatory disease associated with cartilage and bone destruction, and its main manifestation is synovitis and articular disease,often featured with progressive and recurrent onsets. Many drugs are used in clinical treatment of RA, and glucocorticoid is one of the main treatments. Though it＇s still controversial, which is focused on the anti-inflammatory, immune, analgesic effect, and the adverse effects during treatment,i, e. the benefit/risk ratio.
