摘要
我国的心理咨询与治疗在充分借鉴和吸收西方心理学的基础上,伴随着医学模式的转变、临床心理学的发展和职业资格认证的推动而逐步深化。其特点也从单纯的沿袭西方到本土化的探索,一直延伸到对传统文化的挖掘和开发上来,有力地促进了心理咨询和治疗理论、方法的升华。但我国的心理咨询与治疗在理论研究和实践层面与西方发达国家相比尚有很大的差距,未来需要在传统文化的框架下,通过各种资源的互动生发,不断产生更多的理论成果,创造更多的实践模式,走一条职业化、专业化和本土化并重的发展之路。
On the basis of fully drawing on and assimilating western psychology,along with the change of medical model,the development of clinical psychology and the professional qualification certification,psychological counseling and therapy in our country promotes and gradually deepens,while the exploration about its characteristics is also turning from a pure heritage to the localization of western,and then extends to the mining and developing of the traditional culture,which has greatly promoted the sublimation of the theory and method in the psychological counseling and treatment. Meanwhile,either in terms of theory or in terms of practice,there has very big disparity in psychological counseling and therapy in our country. In this case,in the future,it is necessary,in the framework of traditional culture and through a variety of interactive germinal resources,to constantly generate more theoretical achievements,create more practice mode,and take a professional,specialized and localized way.
