摘要
通过JmatPro软件模拟及热处理试验,研究了1Cr13马氏体不锈钢中铁素体随淬火温度变化的规律。结果表明,1Cr13马氏体不锈钢淬火组织主要由马氏体+铁素体+少量碳化物组织成。淬火组织中相组成的相对含量主要受淬火温度的影响,当淬火温度为970℃时,铁素体含量最少,晶粒也较小,在这一温度淬火,调质后能够得到良好的综合性能,尤其能够保证高的低温冲击性能。
Ferrite evolution law of 1Cr13 martensitic stainless steel with the change of quenching temperature was researched by Jmat Pro software simulation and heat treatment experiment.The results show that the microstructure of 1Cr13 martensite stainless steel is composed of martensite,ferrite and a small amount of carbides.The relative content of the phases in the quenched microstructure is mainly affected by the quenching temperature.When the quenching temperature is 970 ℃,the ferrite content is least,the grain size is smaller.When heat treated at this temperature,the 1Cr13 martensite stainless steel can obtain preferable combination of strength and toughness,especially for the low temperature impact toughness.
