摘要
针对一起不锈录井钢丝断裂失效事故,采用化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析和能谱分析等检测手段,系统研究了该钢丝断裂失效机理。结果表明:该钢丝材质为奥氏体镍铬合金,其在使用过程中遇到高温,导致局部组织发生再结晶并形成过烧组织,使得晶界强度降低,进而断裂。
Fracture failure reason of a well-logging stainless steel wire was analyzed by means of chemical analysis,metallographic analysis,mechanical property test and scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the material of the steel wire is austenitic Ni-Cr alloy.Due to the high temperature in service,the local microstructure of the steel wire occurred recrystallization and formed burnt microstructure,and the steel wire fracture was resulted from the low strength of the grain boundary.
