摘要
背景:研究已证明,不同材料敷料可促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合。目的:介绍各种类型敷料的原理和应用,以及其他对糖尿病足溃疡的辅助疗法。方法:应用计算机检索CNKI、PubM ed、Medline、西文生物医学期刊文献数据库2005至2015年的文献,检索关键词为"糖尿病足溃疡,伤口愈合,敷料,治疗;Diabetic foot ulcer,wound healing,dressing,treatment"。结果与结论:最常用的糖尿病伤口愈合敷料包括凝胶、水凝胶、海绵泡沫敷料、薄膜覆盖类型的伤口敷料。不同组分聚合物材料表现出独特的化学、物理和生物特性,如基于天然聚合物之上的糖尿病足溃疡敷料,包括甲壳素、壳聚糖及其衍生物,丝素,葡聚糖;基于合成聚合物之上的糖尿病足溃疡敷料,包括聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇/聚环氧乙烷、聚(α-酯)类,这些敷料可促进糖尿病足溃疡的愈合。其他药物对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗包括中草药物治疗、贝卡普勒明、蛆虫疗法等。
BACKGROUND:To date, various types of dressingshave been proved to promote healing of diabetic foot ulcers.
OBJECTIVE:To introduce the principle and application of various kinds of wound dressing as wel as other adjuvant therapies for diabetic foot ulcers.
METHODS:CNKI,PubMed, Medline and Foreign Medical Journal Ful-Text Servicewere retrieved by computer for relevant literatures published from 2005 to 2015. The search terms were “diabetic foot ulcer, wound healing, dressing, treatment” inChinese andEnglish, respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The most commonly used dressingsfor diabetic foot ulcers include gels, hydrogels, sponges, foam dressings, film dressings. Polymer materials with different components exhibit their unique chemical, physical and biological properties, such as natural polymer dressings (chitin, chitosan and its derivatives, fibroin, dextran), synthetic polymer dressings (polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol/polyethylene oxide, poly(α-ester)s, al of which can promote the healing of diabetic foot ulcers. Other therapies fordiabetic foot ulcers include herbal therapy, becaplermin, and maggot therapy.
