骶骨衰竭性骨折全身骨显像误诊为骨转移一例 被引量：5

A case of sacral insufficiency fracture misdiagnosed as bone metastases on whole body bone scan

摘要 患者男，76岁，因“确诊前列腺癌2年，腰骶部疼痛2个月”入院。患者2年前因排尿不畅。查血前列腺特异性抗原（ prostatic specific antigen, PSA）浓度为19．49（正常参考值〈4．0）μg／L；前列腺增强MR示：左侧外周带异常信号伴局部包膜及邻近神经血管束受累，考虑为前列腺癌（T1期）。行超声引导下前列腺穿刺活组织检查．
