摘要
某框架-剪力墙结构办公楼因使用功能改变结构承受荷载增加,导致梁、板、柱、墙体承载力不足需要进行加固。通过方案比较确定采用粘贴加固与增设次梁加固法相结合加固楼板,外部粘钢加固框架梁,增大截面法加固柱和墙体的加固措施。并对各部分的加固设计方案、计算方法和细部构造做法进行详细分析。加固处理后经检测,办公楼的各项性能指标均满足设计要求,加固效果良好。
Because of function change, a frame-shear wall structure office building needs bear more loading which lead to inadequate loading capacity of beams, plates, columns and walls to be reinforced. By comparing the construction schemes, the slabs are strengthened by composite method with paste steel and additional secondary beams, the beams with bonded steel method, and the walls and columns with enlarging-area approach. Analysis of the reinforcement design schemes, calculation for methods and detail structure approach are done in detail. Through the detection after the strengthening, all indexes of the building meet the design requirements, reinforcing effect is good.
