摘要
在碱性介质中,克林霉素磷酸酯能够增敏鲁米诺-铁氰化钾体系的发光强度,基于此建立了流动注射化学发光法检测克林霉素磷酸酯。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken Design设计,利用响应面分析法确定最佳的化学发光反应条件。在最佳条件下,克林霉素磷酸酯在1.0~90μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为0.15μg/ml。平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为2.2%。
In alkaline medium, clindamycin phosphate can enhance the chemiluminescence intensity of luminol- potassium ferricyanide system. Based on this, a flow injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of clindamycin phosphate. A Box-Behnken design was conducted, and a response surface methodology was utilized to determinate an optimal experimental condition for the chemiluminescence reaction on the basis of the single- factor test. Under the optimum experimental conditions, it was linear for clindamycin phosphate in the range of 1.0-- 90 μg/ml. Its limit of detection was 0.15 μg/ml. Its average recovery was 100.5 %, with RSD of 2.2 %.
