多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断脊椎骨折的应用价值评析 被引量:4

摘要 目的 分析多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断脊椎骨折的应用价值。方法 选择我院2015年3月~2016年4月收治的脊椎骨折患者80例,全部患者均给予多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断和X线平片诊断,观察比较两种诊断结果。结果 多层螺旋CT三维重建技术的诊断检出率、解剖学改变情况显示率高于X线平片检查(P〈0.05)。结论 在对脊椎骨折进行临床诊断时,多层螺旋CT三维重建技术具有较高的检出率和解剖学改变显示率,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze multislice CT three-dimensional reconstruction of the application value of the diagnosis of spinal fractures. Methods 80 cases of vertebral fracture were selected in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016, all patients were given the three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT and X-ray plain film diagnosis, observation and comparison of the two diagnostic results. Results The rate of diagnosis and anatomic changes of the three-dimensional reconstruction technique of multi-slice spiral CT was higher than that of X-ray plain film examination(P 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of vertebral fracture, multi slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology has a high detection rate and anatomical change display rate, with clinical application value.
