基于数据挖掘算法的烟片在线质量反馈控制系统的研究

摘要 烟叶复烤企业是烟草工业中专门负责将原烟加工成成品烟叶的企业,在其整个生产工艺流程中烟叶打辊风机处理是一个核心工艺流程。目前打辊分机设备是通过人工根据经验来调整设备参数,从而来改善成品烟叶质量,但是会存在人为因数、调整滞后、设备参数不一致等不足,从而带来工艺部分评价质量的难度;该文基于烟片在线振动分选机系统,提出了一种基于数据挖掘算法的烟片在线质量反馈控制系统,能自动根据检测烟片数据实时在线反馈调整控制打辊分机设备的参数,实时改善烟片工艺质量。 Tobacco industrial enterprise is specifically responsible for the original tobacco processing into finished products of tobacco enterprises, in the whole production process of tobacco leaf roll fan processing is a coreprocess, At present, roll through the ar tificial extension equipment according to experience to adjust equipment parameters, in order to improve the quality of finished tobacco, but there will be human factor, lag, adjust equipment parameters of inconsistencies and other issues, thus bring the technology part of the difficulty of quality evaluation. In this paper, based on tobacco vibration separator system, put forward a kind of feedback control system based on data mining algorithm for online quality tobacco sheet, it can automatically according to the detection of tobacco sheet data online adjustment parameter control and extension apparatus, real time improve the quality of process tobacco sheet.
