摘要
红土粒料是非洲当地特有的一种地方材料。文中依托贝宁阿博公路第三标段项目,通过水泥稳定红土粒料的试验研究,总结了当地红土粒料和水泥的特性,得出了水泥稳定红土粒料基层的设计配合比。通过试验段的施工,得出施工机械组合、施工工艺,以及基于贝宁热带气候及社会情况施工该类基层时拌和、施工时间、摊铺碾压、高程、养生、雨季施工等重点环节的控制措施,并应用于阿博公路第三标段的基层施工,施工结果满足设计要求,可为贝宁或其他非洲地区同类工程提供参考。
Lateritic gravel is a kind of specific local material in Africa. Relying on the bidding for the Third Contract Section of Akassato-Bohicon Highway Project in Benin, the properties of the local lateritic gravel and cement are introduced in the paper, and the design proportion of mixture for cement stabilized lateritic gravel road base is obtained through test and study. According to the construction experience of test section, the machinery combination and construction techniques as well as the key controlling link for constructing such road base in Benin are determined and applied in the road base construction in the Third Contract Section of Akassato-Bohicon Highway Project. The finished road base meet the design requirements. This paper can provide reference for similar projects in Benin or in Africa.
